Leaders and Elders of Ibibio Nation Issue Communique on Historic Akwa Ibom State Anniversary
In a gathering convened at Asan Ibibio on Sunday, September 24, 2023, to mark the inauguration of the Akwa Ibom State Supreme Council of Traditional Rulers, esteemed figures representing the Elders of Ibibio Nation and Leaders of Ibibio Socio-Cultural Organizations have issued a significant communique. - Congratulations to His Excellency, Pastor Umo Bassey Eno, the Executive Governor, on the 36th Anniversary of Akwa Ibom State.
- Gratitude extended to Governor Umo Eno for assenting to the Bill amending the Traditional Rulers Law, Cap.155, Laws of Akwa Ibom State, 2022. Also, acknowledgment of the installation of His Eminence, Ntenyin (Dr.) Solomon D.
