UYOCCIMA: Organise Private Sector stakeholders will back Umo Eno to deliver

Akwa Ibom State Governor, Pastor Umo Eno at the weekend got pledges of support from stakeholders in the Organize Private Sector driven economy under the umbrella body of Uyo Chamber of Commerce, Industry, Mines and Agriculture, UYOCCIMA.

The President of the organization, Mrs. Affi Israel Ibanga in a release made available to media houses reaffirmed her position that her organization would support the administration of Pastor Umo Eno to deliver on his A-R-I-S-E agenda mandate.

She said the ease of doing business in Akwa Ibom State remains at the top of the agenda of the Uyo Chamber of Commerce, Industry, Mines, and Agriculture (UYOCCIMA)

Mrs. Ibanga who is also the Vice-Chairperson of AML Bonded Terminal Advanced Motors and Logistics Ltd, a leading freight forwarder, export/import services, shipping agency, and Bonded Terminal Operator described Pastor Umo Eno as a successful entrepreneur in Akwa Ibom who contributed to the economic growth of the state over years and will bring his wealth of experience to bear in governance.

According to her, “As the newly sworn-in Governor of Akwa Ibom State, UYOCCIMA believes your era will bring great change and economic diversification in critical sectors of the state economy”.

Speaking further, Mrs. Ibanga a member of the US-Nigeria Trade Council, while seeking collaboration with the Akwa Ibom State Government said preparation is in top gear to host Akwa Ibom Youths Entrepreneurship Summit on 15th July 2023 by 9: 00 Am on Watbrige Hotel, IBB Avenue Uyo, Akwa Ibom State.

She said the event which will be hosted in collaboration with the UYOCCIMA and Happy Hour Connect will have as its theme: Empowering the Youths through strategic planning.
