The National Association of Akwa Ibom Medical Students, NAAKIMS, Worldwide, paid a courtesy call on the Pioneer President of the body, Dr Israel Ben, in his office, and presented to him Award of recognition as the father of Naakims worldwide cum his dedication, focus and determination to birthed the Association and groom young health workers to limelight.At the visit the young and intending health workers briefed their mentor on the Strides recorded so far by the successive administration and their plans towards making NAAKIMS stronger and be results oriented via building synergy to improve on students welfare.In his response, Dr. Israel Ben thanked them for recognizing the root of NAAKIMS, said all his mentees are making appluadable impacts in their choosen field of study. He took out time to briefed the Naakims worldwide Excos on the details of how the Association was formed and the purpose it was meant to achieved. Expressed confidence with Utomobong led administration for laying solid foundation to stimulate physical development among the student doctors assured them of his all round support during and after their academic sojourn.
